Yes. Repair shops in any EU member state can sign up. You choose your country when you register, and ReForge uses its VAT rate, currency and time zone for your documents.

Yes. Invoices use your country's standard VAT rate (you can set your own if it differs) and apply the reverse charge for business customers in other EU countries whose VAT number checks out in VIES. Mistakes are corrected with credit notes, and every invoice can be downloaded as an EN 16931 e-invoice (UBL XML).

The app and its documents are in English and Bulgarian. Documents are issued in your country's currency: the euro, Polish złoty, Czech koruna, Hungarian forint, Romanian leu, Swedish krona or Danish krone.

We process your shop's data on your behalf under a Data Processing Agreement, published at lhbsoft.com/dpa. You can download all of your data at any time as JSON, CSV, PDF and XML. Closing your account signs everyone out at once, and the shop's data is then deleted as our privacy policy describes.
