Quick Start Guide
Whether you run a repair shop or own a vehicle, here's how to get the most out of ReForge by LHBSoft.
Manage your team, build your client list, and track every job from start to finish.
Sign in from the homepage and select "Repair Shop". Fill in your shop details — name, address, specialties, and working hours.
Each employee registers their own ReForge account and receives a unique employee code (e.g. EMP-A1B2C3D4). Head to Team Management, enter their code to link them to your shop, then assign them to specific jobs. Task history is tracked automatically.
Search for registered car owners by VIN and send them a push notification invite directly in the app. Once they accept, they're added to your client list. For walk-in customers, add them manually as offline clients.
Create a job from your dashboard or client list. Select the vehicle, describe the repair, assign team members, and add parts. Your client gets real-time updates and can message you directly about the job.
When a job is closed, it automatically becomes part of the vehicle's service history. Use Reports to track revenue, expenses, and employee performance across any time period.

Sign in from the homepage and select "Car Owner". It only takes a moment to set up your profile.
Register your vehicles with their VIN, license plate, make, model, and year. You can also track insurance dates, technical inspections, and service intervals.
Once your vehicles are added, repair shops can find you and send an invitation via push notification. Accept to add them to your trusted shops. You can also browse all available shops and request appointments.
When your shop opens a job on your vehicle, you'll see it on your dashboard in real time. Use in-app messaging to communicate directly with your shop about any job.
View your complete maintenance history for every vehicle — past services, parts used, costs, and detailed repair breakdowns. Everything is stored in one place.

Sign up from the homepage and select "Employee". Once registered, you'll receive a unique employee code (e.g. EMP-A1B2C3D4) shown on your profile.
Share your employee code with your shop manager. They enter it in their Team Management to link you to the shop. You can be part of multiple shops at once.
Open jobs assigned to you appear directly on your dashboard. Each job shows the vehicle, repair description, and any in-app messages from your shop.
Browse your shop's upcoming car schedule and request to take on specific repairs. Your manager reviews and accepts or denies requests in real time.
Submit PTO requests from your dashboard for any of your linked shops. Your manager reviews them and your approved leave is reflected in the schedule automatically.
