1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vigil, operated by LHB SOFT ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including repair shop operators, their employees, and car owners.

2. Description of Service

Vigil is a platform that connects auto repair shops with car owners. The platform provides:

• Real-time repair job tracking and status updates
• Direct messaging between repair shops and car owners
• Vehicle service history and maintenance records
• Appointment scheduling
• Team and employee management for repair shops
• Revenue and expense reporting for repair shops
• Push notification invitations and updates

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use Vigil, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Types

Vigil offers two account types: Repair Shop and Car Owner. Each account type has different features and responsibilities. You must select the appropriate account type during registration.

Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your business, services, or vehicle data
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a repair shop or vehicle ownership
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its underlying infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written consent
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content through the messaging system
• Manipulate or falsify repair records, service history, or vehicle information

5. Repair Shop Obligations

If you operate a repair shop on Vigil, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate and honest information about repair jobs, including parts used, costs, and work performed
• Update job statuses in a timely manner to ensure car owners receive accurate real-time information
• Maintain accurate records of employees and their roles
• Respond to customer messages and appointment requests within a reasonable timeframe
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing auto repair services in your jurisdiction

6. Intellectual Property

The Vigil platform, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by LHB SOFT and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written permission.

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform (repair records, vehicle information, messages, etc.). By using Vigil, you grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve our services.

7. Payment Terms

Vigil is free for car owners. Repair shops are subject to subscription fees based on their selected plan.

• Subscription fees are billed monthly and are due at the beginning of each billing cycle
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' prior notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

A 14-day free trial is available for new repair shop accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial.

8. Disclaimers

Vigil is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's reliability, accuracy, or availability.

We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or legality of repair services provided by shops using our platform. Vigil is a communication and management tool — the relationship between repair shops and car owners is independent of us.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LHB SOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of Vigil shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data associated with your account may be retained for a reasonable period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Vigil after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
